Make sure the landscape at the back of your property is higher to form a support base. The best would be mountains or taller buildings (imagine a chair, the seat being the land and the back rest being the support, get the idea!).
-
On your left (when standing with your back to the property) you should have a higher building than yours and on your right, a building that is lower than yours.
-
Square or rectangular properties are best. Avoid irregular forms, especially those which have too many missing corners.
-
Avoid a property where the road is directly leading to it.
-
The lot should slope downwards at the front.
-
The entrance door should be proportional to the home. Mansions should have large, grand, solid doors.
-
The entrance door should not directly face stairs, back door or windows.
-
Neither kitchen nor toilet should be in the middle of the home (when looking at the floor plan).
-
Make sure you do not have a toilet above your main door.
-
Try to buy a home where the main entrance is facing one of your best directions (when it comes to KUA formula).
